What's included in our rewind service
In-house workshop in Tlajomulco with vacuum impregnation tank, curing oven and dedicated test bench. Certified copper, class F/H insulation, modern epoxy resins. Each step documented under ISO 9001:2015.
- Stator rewind up to 100 MVA
- Salient-pole and round-pole rotor (field) rewind
- Pre-formed and concentric coils per OEM specification
- Certified copper, class F/H insulation, modern epoxy resins
- Vacuum impregnation and controlled curing in dedicated oven
- Hipot AC/DC, surge comparison, ohmic resistance post-rewind
- Acceptance tests under IEEE 95-2002 and IEEE 115
- 12-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects
