Are you authorized by GE Vernova?
No — TEMISA Power Gen is an INDEPENDENT multi-OEM workshop. We are not an authorized GE Vernova representative. We service GE generators using IEC 60034, IEEE 56, IEEE 115 and EASA AR100 — the same international standards GE Vernova itself uses. Independent service is fully compatible once your generator is outside original OEM warranty (typically 2-5 years from commissioning).
Should I keep my GE Vernova LTSA or transition to multi-OEM service?
Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) with GE Vernova typically cost 2-4 million USD/year per 500 MVA turbogenerator with availability guarantees and parts included. For mission-critical IPPs without redundancy, LTSA provides operational security. For utility CFE base-load with redundancy and predictable operation, independent multi-OEM service typically costs 30-50% of LTSA with equivalent technical compliance under CFE LAPEM W4200-12 + EASA AR100 + ISO 9001:2015. The business case depends on asset criticality, redundancy and internal risk management capability.
Do you service GE EX2100e brushless excitation systems?
Yes. We perform full diagnosis of EX2100e brushless excitation: rotating diodes, brushless exciter, PMG (Permanent Magnet Generator), AVR digital boards, voltage transformer cabling and protection logic. Field replacement of components is standard service — typically completed in 3-5 days onsite. Major exciter rebuild requires workshop access with 2-3 week turnaround.
What's typical lead time for major GE turbogenerator overhaul in your workshop?
For 500 MVA GE turbogenerator: 8-12 weeks workshop overhaul including disassembly, inspection, rotor balance, stator inspection, electrical testing, reassembly. Add 3-5 weeks if field rewind is required. We coordinate with onsite team for transport logistics + temporary plant operation arrangements.
