Are you an authorized Toshiba service representative?
No. TEMISA Power Gen is an INDEPENDENT multi-OEM workshop — not a Toshiba authorized representative. Once your Toshiba generator is outside original warranty (typically 2-5 years from commissioning), you can use independent service workshops certified to CFE LAPEM W4200-12 + ISO 9001:2015 and applying the EASA AR100 standard without losing asset value or operational compliance.
What Toshiba generator lines do you service?
We service the full Toshiba synchronous generator range: industrial turbogenerators 100-700 MVA (cylindrical rotor hydrogen-cooled in larger units), hydro generators with salient-pole rotor 50-300 MVA, and industrial cogeneration synchronous generators 10-100 MVA. Excitation: TM2000 + TX2000 brushless platforms with digital AVR. Cooling: air, hydrogen (>200 MVA), and water (rare specials).
Can you handle Toshiba hydrogen-cooled rotor servicing?
Yes — but with specific protocols. Hydrogen-cooled rotors >300 MVA require specialized atmosphere handling (purge with CO2, air sweep, leak testing before re-pressurization). We coordinate with site team for hydrogen handling under SAE/ASME pressure vessel codes. Workshop overhaul of hydrogen-cooled rotors requires extended timeline 12-16 weeks due to cooling system inspection scope.
How long does Toshiba turbogenerator overhaul take?
Typical timeline: 200-400 MVA Toshiba → 10-14 weeks workshop overhaul. 400-700 MVA → 14-20 weeks (especially if hydrogen cooling requires inspection). Add 4-6 weeks if stator rewind is required. We coordinate transport logistics + temporary plant operation arrangements + final commissioning under CFE LAPEM W4200-12 for grid interconnection.
