TEMISA Power Gen provides independent service to the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR inside GE Vernova wind turbines. We rewind, repair and diagnose the generator on-site and in-shop under CFE LAPEM W4200-12 and EASA AR100, IEEE and ISO standards, with 24/7 response. We do not service the turbine or gearbox.
Generator topology
The GE 1.5 platform — the workhorse — and the 1.x/2.x classes use a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG, wound rotor). The newer platforms (Cypress) raise power while keeping a DFIG architecture.
The challenge in the generator
Much of the GE 1.5 fleet has been running for over a decade: the generator insulation ages and OEM spares grow scarce. Rewinding and rehabilitating the existing generator is often more viable and faster than a long-lead-time replacement.
In Mexico
The GE 1.5 is one of the most widespread platforms in Mexico; its age in many parks makes generator rewind and rehabilitation a direct availability lever, without waiting on imported spares.

Do you repair the GE turbine or only the generator?
Only the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR and its associated system. We do not service blades, gearbox or nacelle.
Are you a GE-authorized shop?
No. Independent, multi-OEM service; the brand reference is descriptive (service compatibility).
What if I can no longer source a spare for the GE 1.5 generator?
We rewind and rehabilitate the existing generator to standard, which is usually faster and cheaper than waiting on a long-lead-time replacement.
