Wind Turbine Generator Service — Siemens Gamesa

Do you operate Siemens Gamesa wind turbines? TEMISA Power Gen services the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR inside the nacelle — not the turbine, blades or gearbox. Rewind, repair, DFIG/PMG diagnostics and electrical testing, on-site and in-shop, under CFE LAPEM W4200-12 and EASA AR100. Independent and multi-OEM.

Important: TEMISA does not repair the Siemens Gamesa turbine, blades or gearbox. We specialize in the electrical generator inside the nacelle — independent, multi-OEM service, with no implied manufacturer authorization.

TEMISA Power Gen provides independent service to the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR inside Siemens Gamesa wind turbines. We rewind, repair and diagnose the generator on-site and in-shop under CFE LAPEM W4200-12 and EASA AR100, IEEE and ISO standards, with 24/7 response. We do not service the turbine or gearbox: our specialty is the electrical machine.

Generator topology

The G series (G52–G132) uses a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG, wound rotor); the SG direct-drive platforms use a permanent-magnet synchronous generator (PMG) without a gearbox. Each topology requires a different service strategy.

The challenge in the generator

The Mexican fleet mixes the G series (DFIG with brushes and a converter) and SG direct-drive (brushless PMG, larger diameter). DFIG demands attention to the wound rotor and slip rings; PMG, specialized handling of the magnet rotor and large-format stator.

In Mexico

Siemens Gamesa holds one of Mexico's largest installed bases; the 2 MW-class G platforms are very common in the Isthmus wind zone and the north. The DFIG/PMG mix requires a shop capable of both technologies.

FAQ — Siemens Gamesa wind turbine generator

Preguntas que recibimos con frecuencia. ¿No encuentras la tuya? Escríbenos a ventas@temisapowergen.mx.

Do you repair the Siemens Gamesa turbine or only the generator?

Only the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR and its associated system. We do not service blades, gearbox or nacelle; we are the independent ally on the electrical side.

Are you a Siemens Gamesa-authorized shop?

No. Independent, multi-OEM service to the generator; the brand reference is descriptive (service compatibility).

Do you handle both the G series (DFIG) and SG direct-drive (PMG)?

Yes. Service for the doubly-fed generator of the G series and for the permanent-magnet generator of the SG direct-drive platforms.

Which Siemens Gamesa models do you cover?

Generators from G52 to G132 and SG 5.0-132 / 5.8-170 / 6.6-170 platforms, low and medium voltage.
