Important: TEMISA does not repair the Vestas turbine, blades or gearbox. We specialize in the electrical generator inside the nacelle — independent, multi-OEM service, with no implied manufacturer authorization.
TEMISA Power Gen provides independent service to the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR inside Vestas wind turbines. We rewind, repair and diagnose the generator — on-site and in our workshop — under CFE LAPEM W4200-12 and EASA AR100, IEEE and ISO standards, with 24/7 response. We do not service the blades, gearbox or nacelle structure: we specialize in the electrical machine.
Generator topology
Doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG, wound rotor with slip rings) on variable-speed platforms, and permanent-magnet generator (PMG) on the newer platforms.
The challenge in the generator
On the Vestas DFIG, the slip rings, brush gear and the wound-rotor insulation exposed to thermal cycling and humidity are the critical point. Partial-discharge diagnostics and a Class F/H rewind with VPI restore reliability.
In Mexico
Vestas has one of the largest installed bases in Mexico, present across the main wind regions. The sheer fleet size makes fast, independent generator service decisive for park availability.

Do you repair the whole Vestas turbine or just the generator?
We specialize in the ELECTRICAL GENERATOR and its associated system. We do not service blades, gearbox or nacelle. We are the independent ally on the electrical side.
Are you a Vestas-authorized shop?
No. TEMISA Power Gen is an independent, multi-OEM shop; the brand reference is descriptive to indicate service compatibility.
Which Vestas platforms do you service?
The generator of platforms V47 through V162 and others, low and medium voltage, both DFIG and permanent-magnet.
Do you rewind the generator on-site or in the shop?
Diagnostics and maneuvers up-tower; rewind and major overhaul in our 5,600 m² workshop with cranes up to 60 t and VPI oven.
